Ratelimit for Apps using OAuth

Hello Community,

On Hubspot Website they say the following:

Apps using OAuth are only subject to a limit of 100 requests per 10 seconds.

Does this mean that an App is globally limited to 100 requests per 10 seconds or does is this limit or is this limited to the app installation? I.e. if e.g. 10 accounts have the app installed, does the app have 100 requests per 10 seconds per account available or in total across all installations?

Hi Marko,

I am pretty sure that the rate limit is per portal. So if one portal has your integration installed, they are limited to 100 requests per 10 seconds and they also have a daily limit.
