Question on OAuth App Integration

Hello guys, I’m new to HubSpot and have a question regarding OAuth integration.
I would like to create a public OAuth app so my application can integrate with HubSpot.

Question:

  1. Do I need to create a public app and submit it to the marketplace for the OAuth to be available to all users (it’s a saas website) ? Or is a private OAuth app sufficient?
  2. I’ve recently submitted my app for review. Do you guys know how long does the approval process typically take?
