I would like to create a report that shows how many deals are created by each user in this quarter comparing to how many deals are created by these users last fiscal year in the same quarter.
Please help me with this.
I can see only these options:
And in the custom option, I cannot find it either:
So I can compare deals created in this quarter with next quarter, or last quarter with next quarter, etc.
But I need to compare deal created in this quarter with the same quarter in last fiscal year.
Please help me

You can achieve this comparison report with a few workarounds in Custom Report Builder by filtering the two time periods and breaking the data down by quarter.
Try this out:
So, for the Report Setup -
- Data source: Deals
- Chart Type: Line chart
- X-axis: Created by user ID
- Y-axis: Count of deals
- Breakdown by: Create date – Quarterly
Filters -
Deal create date: is between -
- 01/01/2026 – 31/03/2026 (current quarter)
OR
- 01/01/2025 – 31/03/2025 (same quarter last year)
These filters will allow the report to compare the number of deals created by each user in the current quarter versus the same quarter in the previous year.
As time progresses, the dates in the filters will need to be updated to reflect the relevant quarters, but this setup will provide the comparison output you’re looking for.
