I’m trying to generate a comparison for Quarters 1 through 3, but the report currently only displays data for two quarters.
Could you please assist with adjusting the view or let me know if there’s a way to include all three quarters?
In HubSpot’s default reporting, the Compare by option will only show two time ranges side-by-side, so you won’t be able to get Q1, Q2, and Q3 in a single comparison chart that way.
- If you need all three quarters together, you can either:
Switch to a table view in a custom report and set the date range to This year (or a custom range covering Q1-Q3) with a Quarter breakdown. That way, each quarter appears as its own row/column. - Or build a custom single-object report filtered by date and grouped by Create date (by quarter) or your deal close date. This gives you a multi-quarter view without the two-range limit.
If you’re combining from multiple objects or need more flexible formatting, exporting and comparing in Excel/Sheets is still the quickest workaround.
