I Purchased Starter Plan on March 15th and NONE of the features are enabled… Its showing up and paid under Account and billings but my whole profile is still in free version mode. NO features. What is going on?

More than 5 templates (which is still saying to upgrade to starter to get) and more tracking…
Ive logged in logged out. tried loggin in with different browser. Tried clearing cookies… This is frustrating.
@LindseyKM25 which HubSpot Starter subscription exactly did you purchase? (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, CMS…?)
Marketing, was that not the right one?
If not, how or who would you suggest I talk to to get it switched to the right one?
@LindseyKM25 there isn’t so much a wrong or a right one, but the features differ between each hub - and the increased template limit is part of the Sales Hub Starter and Service Hub Starter, not however Marketing Hub Starter.

If that doesn’t get you anywhere, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support: https://help.hubspot.com/ (scroll down to “Contact support”)
@LindseyKM25 I’m not sure what that is telling me (?) This looks like the starter suite, you just said that you purchased Marketing Hub Starter.
I think IM learning I THOUGHT I had bought the suit but got the Marketing.. I am working to talk to sales and get it switched. SO confusing.
