Is the "Workflow" feature part of Marketing Hub Starter or the Marketing Hub Pro plan?

I’d like to clarify whether the “Workflow” feature found under “Navigation” on the left pane of the HubSpot application UI is included in the Marketing Hub Starter plan or only in the Marketing Hub Professional plan.

Hi @Calinsug,

The workflow editor, as shown in your second screenshot, is a Professional and Enterprise tier feature. Starter subscriptions only include simple automation in some parts of the platform, however not the flexible editor (as shown in your second screenshot).

Regarding the Deals page/Sales pipeline—are these part of the Pro plan, or can I access them with the Starter plan?

@Calinsug the default pipeline is available in the free CRM. Creating additional ones requires a paid subscription, see here: Set up and manage object pipelines
