It would be highly beneficial to expand the functionality of the Tasks feature within HubSpot. In particular, the ability to assign tasks to team members and incorporate a chat or comment function within the task or note section with a time/date /name stamp, would greatly enhance team collaboration. This would allow multiple users to communicate directly within the context of a specific task, streamlining workflows and reducing the need for external task management tools such as Asana. I look forward to seeing this functionality introduced in the future.
