We sell trips and most of our sales team communicate with leads and customers with the same shared company email adress. So it’s always easy for the contact to reach us. In this case, we would like to set up the prospecting agent for our sales team to help them become more efficient but could not, due to the email adress having to be a personal one for each user.
So i would like it to be possible to have a shared email adress for the prospecting agent, and it being able to recognize that even though it’s the same email, it’s another contact owner.
We have exactly the same issue - we can’t use sequences or the AI Agents because of it. It’s really frustrating, and the only response we’ve ever received is to cc or bcc the shared inbox. But of course this isn’t an option in the agents, nor is it a viable long term solution.
