Right now workflow events for a CRM “property changed” trigger only allow you to input the new value, but I would like to be able to build a workflow for cases where a property goes from a specific value to another specific value.
In this instance I am seeking to trigger a workflow when clients upgrade a package from a certain tier to another, and I don’t see that currently available as a buildable option through HubSpot.
