FULL DISCLOSURE: I admit this gripe may be an issue of my own making through operator error but here’s what I’m dealing with:
I’m having an issue with some of the labels for HubSpot-created properties being formatted a certain way but appearing differently when added to a Marketing Form. For example, the labels for several Contact Properties show both words capitalized on the Settings>Properties page but they appear differently when I add them to a Marketing Form. Here are a few examples:
- “Phone Number” vs “Phone number”
- “Company Name” vs “Company name”
- “Job Title” vs “Job title”
As a result, Marketing Forms look like this:
First Name
Last Name
Phone number
Company name
Job title
City
This formatting inconsistency looks amateurish when these fields are listed together. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Looking at the documentation and the in-app options, there is not an all-in-one way to resolve this inconsistency. I agree, it is frustrating to have the label formatting behave this way in Forms vs in Settings > Properties.
