Properties Access Audit

It would be beneficial to have a more streamlined way to view which properties users can access—without needing to open each property individually to review access settings. Enhancing both the UI and reporting capabilities in this area would significantly simplify property access audits.

Hi @francesam,

There should be a “Property Access” column in the Property Settings table that indicates access to properties. Note that the property access feature is available on Enterprise tiers (Knowledge Base). I’ve included a screenshot of the table column below.
Let me know if you have any questions, thanks.

We are a large company with 1000+ properties and users. We also have 350+ teams. I’m looking for a way to export or see at a glance what teams/users have access to each property, without having to click Manage Access on each one. We have a lot of properties assigned to users instead of teams. HubSpot has been managed by multiple people over the years. I’m looking to clean up property access without disrupting the business for other departments. Because of this, I’m not able to do it in bulk. Is there an easier way to review this?
