Hola Comunidad,

Hi @OQuintana, I would create three separate workflows: one for the “Good Morning” email, another for “Good Afternoon,” and a third for “Good Evening”:

Then, within each workflow, you would create the trigger for each email, add a time delay between actions, and set up the email with the appropriate greeting (e.g., “Good Morning”).
For each workflow, you need to set the timing for when these emails are sent. To do this, go to Settings > General and select the hours and days when the workflow should run. I set it to send the “Good Afternoon” email in the afternoon.
Next, go to the “Exclusions” tab and add “Remove contacts from specific workflows.” Then, select the “Good Morning” and “Good Evening” workflows so that these contacts don’t receive those emails after they’ve already received the “Good Afternoon” email:
I think this approach would work, but honestly, I feel it’s too much effort just to say “Good Morning,” “Good Afternoon,” etc. Since you still don’t know when the user will actually open the email, the greeting becomes somewhat irrelevant. (Just my opinion).
Best regards.
