Requesting use of key-commands when navigating CRM records. Finding that mousing around everywhere takes additional, unnecessary time.
For example, use of return key to trigger any solid orange buttons on the record. Could also be expanded into the use of hot keys to quickly force commands in the system - navigate to associated contact/company record, create objects, etc.
That’a a great idea. Pipedrive has this and it’s very convenient. Type “D” to add a deal, “C” to add a Contact…etc.
It is frustrating to have to navigate the drop-down menu literally hundreds of times/day.
Please please please add this. I have no idea why it’s not already there.

Oh how lovely it would be if this were actually a thing! I’d like to put in my support for this idea!
Please add shortcut keys. Way too much mouse clicking. Would like to see a short cut for SAVE orange button when you need to save any property.
Yes! - shortcut keys please… then I can add the shorcuts to stream deck to make navigating even easier.
