Hi, I’m looking for some guidance on creating and refining our products library on Hubspot so we can add line items to our new deals. We need to be able to capture our available talent partners as ‘products’. We classify them from Grade 1-4 based on their tenure/leadership exp and cost. The support i need is we need to be able to add multi products (talent partners) of the same product category (ie 2x grade 1) and be able to multi tick the expertise of that person- (IE specialist in tech,product,retail etc) the information i’d love to be able to gather for each deal would be something along the lines of -Grade 1 - i need x2 with product,tech,sales experience to start on xxxx date for xx amount of months for xxx cost per month. Is this doable? Many thanks Paris

Technically this is possible to set up as described, but functionally I’m not sure that it will work as you hope.
For products you can create a custom property that is a multi-checkbox so that could be aligned with the talent partner. You could also create a property for Grade, so you’d have the full profile of the talent partners.
However, when adding these to a deal it’s not really going to provide as much of the logic as I imagine you are hoping for.
It’s worth testing but if it doesn’t work as planned, you might want to consider a more comprehensive CPQ tool. I highly recommend DealHub.io!
