Private email for Directors

It would great to have a setting where a Directors email has an option as a super user to only been seen by the director concerned. He has lots of private email, however support have advised it’s not possible to secure his email while he remains having a sales professional seat.

We’ve recently deployed HubSpot for a business with a strong sales team and the managing director has sales professional along with the other sales professional users. He is also a super user but we are told he cannot secure his email.

If a Director function could be configured for him to track and monitor his email, without all his team seeing this would be ideal.

Not sure I fully understand, so let me ask some clarifying questions:

  1. You have a Director who has a HubSpot user account
  2. They also have a paid Sales Pro Seat - Why is that? Are they using any of the sales tools? What is the thinking behind giving them a seat?
  3. How are they sending emails to contacts - from within HubSpot, GMail or Outlook?

When using one of the Sales Extensions for email, users can choose which emails are being logged and tracked, you also have the option to add emails or whole domains to a “never log list”, which means they won’t be logged into HubSpot.
