We are looking for a way to add a custom secondary display property underneath a deal name. (In this case, we want the address to appear).
How do we accomplish this?

These so-called highlight cards can’t be edited but, according to a recent product update:
“The highlight card has refreshed styling, but its core functionality remains the same. Editable properties are not yet available on the card, but will be added in an upcoming release.”
