Change Primary and Secondary Display Properties on Standard Objects

Right now, HubSpot only lets users change primary and secondary display properties for custom objects. For standard objects like Deals, Contacts, Companies, and Tickets, those fields are locked to HubSpot’s defaults. This makes it hard to tailor how records appear to match real business workflows.

Many teams use their own naming structures for deals or accounts—like region, segment, or forecast tier—that would make more sense as the primary display property. Secondary display properties could show quick context such as owner, stage date, or scenario flag without opening each record.

For automation-heavy setups, not being able to customize these properties limits visibility across integrations with tools like Make or Google Sheets.

Idea: HubSpot should let admins update primaryDisplayProperty and secondaryDisplayProperties for standard objects through the UI or API. Admins could pick any existing property (standard or custom) to show on cards, lists, and associations.
