Practical Exercises Not Working

I’m taking the Context Marketing certification and when I try to do the Practical Exercises, it loads a page that’s blank. I’m unable to complete the practical exercises.

I tried different browsers but had the same issue.

I tried different Practical Exercises within the course and none of them worked.

How may I proceed? Any guidance is much appreciated.

Hi @vmahesh Can you check to make sure you have not disabled javascrpit in your browsers. You can follow the instructions here to check in Chrome.

If javascript is enabled and the exercieses still are not showing, please forward a link to the affected pages and I will do my best to troubelshoot further.

Thank you,

Ed Justen

Hi there,

I facing an issue on the contextual marketing course, as there is a particular (exercise) that I am unable to go through.
after, I get directed to a new tap, it shows the following :
“Sorry. The email dashboard is only accessible to the Marketer role.”
further, I have tried to troubleshoot it by checking on the javascript inability and cleared the cookies
I would appreciate any further guidance.
Thanks.

I am having the same problem.

Please help! I’m trying to complete my Contextual Marketing certification and I need to complete the Practical Exercise on Smart Text. I can’t complete it because Page Management UI is a blank page. I’ve tried on 2 different computers and I see nothing on this page to complete the exam. I have 1 hour left before I lose all of my work (I already completed the exam part). I have confirmed that JavaScript is allowed to run on my browser (Chrome). Thanks!
