My previous exercises have worked in the past. Each time, I am asked toopen up the exercise in a new tab. After beginning this “Smart Text” Practical Exercise, a new, re-directed tab opens with a rathe blank looking page. There’s no where for me to navigate, the exercise itself seems to be missing. Please help!Page Management UI
My best guess would be to check to see if you have access to landing pages. I see that the URL slug contains the word “upgrade.” Landing pages are a professional level feature so if you are on the starter package then that may be the problem you’re running into.

Thank you for reaching out! The smart text feature is currently only offered in our Marketing Pro, Enterprise and or CMS. If you are working with a free subscription unfortunately, you will not be able to complete this. However, if you enable the Marketing Pro trial in your account, you should be able to finsih all of the exercises.
