Trying to make a popup appear on the payment page of 3 different sites. Doesnt work as intended, only works consistently on one of the sites. Need this to alert customers that orders will be delayed due to holiday shutdown. Would like more customizable options than whats provided through hubspot CTA’s Any thoughts?
Hi @viens666,
Thank you for asking the Community!
I am sorry to hear that the popup doesn’t show up on the websites. Let’s see this together.
I’d like to ask clarifying questions to make sure we help you the best we can:
1. This is a HubSpot popup? Or an external popup?
2. Are you using the new CTAs? Or the previous versions?
3. Is your website a HubSpot site or an external website?
4. Which options would you like to see exactly, please? What are you trying to achieve with the CTAs?
5. What is the URL of the websites so that we can check on our side? It may be a cache issue.
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

@viens666 Since it’s showing on one site and not the other two, I agree with @BérangèreL on the additional details needed before we can offer further assistance.
The pop up is a CTA(new) in hubspot. The sites are Magento. All I’m trying to acheive is an alert to customers that orders will be delayed if they are placed during holiday shutdown. So just a simple pop up window that they have to close in order to continue. I think I’m getting closer to a solution. It seems the one site not working has a content block named checkout-footer, that handles information and alerts customers if extra shipping charges and or signatures are required for delivery. So when I set the CTA up to load on a different page on that site(the one not working originally) it works! It just doesnt work on the checkout/#payment page, which is what I want, and what works for the other two sites. I’m wondering if this content block is somehow blocking the CTA from showing up at checkout??
@viens666 thank you for the additional details, are the pop-ups currently configured on those pages now? Can you share a link to one of the pages not working so I can confirm if your suspicions are correct withthe conflict?
They are not currently set to show until the 25th, one week before our shutdown so unfortunately the ability to diagnose that way isnt likely. Just seems odd that it works on the site on the other pages, just not the payment page. prety weird right?
@viens666 not really, scripts can interfere with each other in many ways, which sounds like that’s happening here.
