So I made a CTA pop up window to alert customers that orders will be delayed due to Holiday shutdown. 3 different sites on Magento. 2 of them work perfectly. The pop up shows on the payment page and it’s all fine and dandy. The 3rd one however, has a content block titled ‘checkout-footer’(made in Magento), that the other 2 don’t have. I’m thinking this is somehow preventing my CTA from showing on the ‘checkout/#payment’ page of the site, which is where the other 2 are working. I came to this conclusion because if I set it to any other page on the site, it works fine! But I only want it to show on the payment page… Any ideas? There’s gotta be a work around…?

Are you seeing any related warnings when you use the Chrome Page inspector? Can you share a link to the site where it is not working as expected? That might help our community members to better understand what the root issue is.

Hi Jaycee, am not noticing any warnings. The site is davincilabs.com. The pop ups arent supposed to go up till next week but seeeing as it doesnt work at the moment for that site it is currently published. Appreciate he help!
I was able to move some scripts around, from a block to some config files. Got all my pop ups working as intended!!
