Popup CTA For Elementor

Hi

Bit of a newbie to Hubspot. We have created a popup CTA for which I have the short code. How to I get this to appear on my Wordpress site which is built with Elementor.

Do I need to purchase Elementor Pro (currenlty free version) and where do I add the code for the popup to appear.

Have you tried anything yet?

There’s 2 options.

First: If your popup only requires the shortcode, adding it to the specific page in Elementor should be sufficient.

  1. Open the page in Elementor where you want to add the popup CTA.
  2. Drag and drop the “Shortcode” element from the Elementor widget panel to the desired section of your page.
  3. Paste your HubSpot popup CTA shortcode into the Shortcode element.

Second option: the HubSpot popup requires additional scripts or code that should be added globally (e.g., in the header or footer of your site), so you might need to do the following:

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Navigate to “Appearance” and then “Theme Builder” or “Theme Settings,” depending on your theme.
  3. Look for options related to adding code to the header or footer.
  4. Paste the additional code provided by HubSpot into the appropriate section.

Thanks for your response, sadly neither worked for me. I tried both a Shortcode and a HTML block on the page in Elementor and didn’t work. I also tried adding the code to Additiona CSS (Didn’t work) and added to the header file in theme editor which didn’t work.

Are you able to provide very specific details on where to pub the snippet code in WordPress Elementor for a button.
