1. The ability to format text and add in URL/hyperlinks.
2. You have the ability to log what the call/meeting type is but unable to add the attendees.
Sadly the recent addition of formatting functions to the Notes text boxes in playbooks has hampered the TAB function for moving from one field to the next. Now we have to tab through all of the formatting functions before moving on to the next field.
The ability to change how long a “recent meeting” appears when adding a playbook to a meeting would be good.
It is set to 6 hours, so if a meeting happened more than 6 hours ago, you can’t add a playbook to it. This is inconvenient for meetings that happen at the end of a day for example, the playbook needs to be added in the morning.
Current workaround is to save the playbook as a note, then copy the note content into the “team notes” of the meeting, and delete the note.
If we could change the 6 hours to, say, 24 hours, it would be more practical.
