Use Case: Sales needs to book time with demo team. Demo team has scheduler page. Sales uses a deals playbook to provide details AND book time in the context of a deal. Right now they have to leave playbook via hyperlink, schedule in another tab, transposed booked time back into playbook.
I’ve attempted to paste in the URL and embed code version from meetings tool into the embed content module of playbooks. No luck. This was really meant for media but why not expand use.
I’ve considered the forms portion of the meeting tool but then we can’t leverage the context of the deal record. Sales books this for their prospect (deal based) where the meeting tool is Contact centric.
I have 2 clients who could benefit from this and assume many SAAS companies have a similar model of tyring to arrange time with co-workers to close deals/ tickets.
Yes please! Also when the playbook creates a deal via round-robin and the meeting link uses a round-robin the disconnect between meeting link <> playbook leads to issues and deals assigned incorrectly. This would be a massive feature!
@MParham I think this would be a request for your team with scheduling meetings. Either open up the properties that can go on forms in the meetng tool, or let us drop a meeting link in a play book and register some info like date, time and what user/ team was just booked.
Bonus on the preparing for meetings part would be for the booked party(ies) to get the playbook content X time before meeting start time.
I can see this working for any situation where there is a lead/client internal hand off.

Thank you for taking the time to share this idea. We genuinely read and consider everything submitted on the communtity forum.
After review, we don’t have plans to build this right now. I absolutely understand the use case of keeping reps in the flow of their work, but we’d need to see more demand for this before we can justify prioritizing it. If others in the community share this need, please encourage them to vote and comment. That data matters to us.
We revisit our roadmap regularly, and customer ideas like this one do influence what we prioritize. Please continue to leave comments and upvotes. I usually reach back out on the Community Forum and will DM folks that have commented to jump on calls to learn more about the use case, or to recruit for early beta testing.
