So our company Cavago works like a b2b agency. Whenever a Business signs up, we construct their overview page on our website.
I want to automate sending an email whenever we complete an overview page for a client.
I was thinking of doing this by making a property called ‘overview complete’, whenever this field is filled with a url, i want to send out an email.
I need help with 2 things.

1 - Trigger setting (I think I’ve compelted this, by setting the trigger as setting the trigger to as ‘overview complete’ has been updated in last 2 days.

2 - How do I incorporate the link as a personlized token in the email so it acts as a URL (because CTA’s can’t have personlized tokens)

The trigger of your workflow is ideally “When filter criteria is met” > “[your property] is known”. That way, when the property value becomes known, the record would enroll.
