Would be great to have an invoice available to send after a refund is given. The payment details do show the refund but the invoice link is for the original payment. Are you able to create another invoice that shows the refund? Please add to the developers list!

Yes, this is super limiting at the moment. If an invoice is refunded the payment object will show ‘refunded’ but the invoice status remains as ‘paid’. Very confusing for our team, especially if there are multiple invoices on a deal. What’s required is an invoice status ‘refund’ or at the very least being able to apply labels to the invoice and/or payment to add a visual cue for busy teams to know what is actually happening
