Passing certificate not showing

Hi there,

The first time I took the inbound marketing certification I didn’t pass. I waited and retook the exam and passed.

I received an exciting email saying I passed, but all links in that email led to my first failing exam results. I have since recieved other emails about being a cerfitfied Inbound marketer but HubSpot seems to redirect me to that first failing exam grade.

Please advise.

Hi @dpastore,

If you go in your portal and into your learning centre, what happens when you click into your inbound marketing learning track? Are you able to see your certification from there?

If not, can you please send along a screenshot of what you are seeing?

I mistook the “Inbound” learning track for the “Inbound Marketing” track. I am all set now.
