I just passed my Inbound Marketing Certification exam but there is no certificate available. I’ve cleared my cache as recommended in other posts about this issue. Is there anything else I should try?

Can you please share what you see under the team tab as well as under the tracks tab within your learning center?
Additionally, can you please confirm this issue perists across multiple browsers, after clearing your cache, and in an incognito window?
Finally, did you receive an email confirming your certification? If so, can you share a screenshot of that as well?
