Hi, I’m having trouble tracking page views on my website, we have an external website developed by us which has correctly installed the tracking code and is firing events to hubspot, also in my hubspot account i have correctly added the external domain to accept tracking data from it, though i’m not seeing page view activity in my contacts. I already tried contacting hubspot support but they told me to write here for help. Can anyone help me?

Step 1 would to double check and make sure that the traffic is actually getting recorded from your external site into your HubSpot account.
That can be found in Reports > Marketing > Web traffic analysis > Pages
If you see your external website pages showing up there, then the reason for the page views not appearing in contact records is likely that the visitor does not have a cookie placed in order to be identified. They would need to convert by filling out a form first.
