Outlook desktop version integration with Hubspot

We use Outlook 365 desktop version and the Hubspot add-in did work at one time, but it doesn’t work anymore. Nothing changed in our environment that we know of that should have affected this.

Aside from just installing the Outlook Add-In, are there any other requirements to use the Hubspot Add-in with Outlook?
