Outlook calendar app wont install.
Would like to use that for booking meetings, or sending link for clients to reschedule a time that suits, but without sync working its not showing when im already busy

Are you referring to connecting the Outlook Calendar to HubSpot? Use HubSpot's calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
If so, could you share more details about what exactly is happening, ideally a screenshot?
Usually, these issues are browser-related so deleting cache/cookies might help as well as trying in another browser.

Seems i was over complicating it, and not trying to understand how it works
Read thru a few knowledge base articles and that has put me on the right path
