Currently, Hubspot live chat is based on an inbound marketing idea of having the visitors/contacts initiate the conversation. It would be great to be able to initiate these conversations as well so we can start a conversation with a visitor instead of waiting for the visitor to start the chat
In addition, that we can send a chat message once we have an identified user in the CRM. ONly makes sense to do so if you offer to do it with email and whatsapp why not the built in chat feature by Hubspot?
