Hi Community! Hope you are doing well. I am getting used to HubSpot and getting more & more acquainted with it. Can we perhaps arrange contact based on they are contacted via email last month / week. Now, this email should be the 1st Cold-Email that we send to these contacts. Is there a way? Thank you!

In the paid subscriptions in HubSpot, it’s possible to set a date stemp when specific emails are sent to contacts – and then to sort contacts by this date. In the free CRM this can’t be done.
However, there is a generic Last contacted property. This is not just email but also calls, meetings etc. You can sort or filter your contacts by this Last contacted property:
Last contacted: the last date and time a chat conversation, call, sales email, or meeting was logged for the contact. This is set automatically by HubSpot based on the latest date of the activities in the record. For example, the Last contacted property in the record will show yesterday’s date when a user logs a call that occurred the day before.

For a calls overview, you can navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report and type “calls” into the searchbar at the top. You should see a report template for “Calls placed totals by rep”:
