I am wondering if there is away to filter contacts to see people who have recieved a sales email from a specific person within the last week. Right now, I see an option to sort by sales emails opened but I am not able to filter it to see contacts by the account manager who sent sales email, or the option to only see a specific date. Is this a feature that HubSpot has currently, or an idea for the future?

One workaround is to create a list that pulls this information into an active list and then use the filter option to filter based on List Membership. The active list filtering is much more robust!

You can set these filters in a contact-based list (Menu > Contact > Lists) as shown below. To do so, in your new list under Add filter find Activity properties.
Once you have this list, you can filter your contact index page (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) by this list. It feels a bit redundant but since index pages don’t have the full filtering capabilities as list, this is the only way.
On your contact index page, click Advances filters > List membership and save.
