Overarching theme is that Orders should have the same capabilities / associations as Deals.

  1. Include orders in the navigation (either under contacts or as its own item). It’s very odd that it’s the only item that is not listed.
  2. Include Orders in the global search
  3. Allow Orders to be associated to tickets from the Ticket Form settings
  4. Create an “Edit Order Custom Properties” permission set that allows us to grant access to NON–Super Admin users for editing and updating custom order properties. Requiring Super Admin access for this creates unnecessary security and operational risks.
