I’d like to suggest a feature that I am amazed is not already in HubSpot. When we enroll prospects in our sequences, they go through the sequence and are unenrolled after the last email is sent. I always believed that our CRM had the intelligence to not allow us to enroll the same exact contact in the same exact sequence a second time, as this would look bad on our end sending the prospect an identical string of emails that were supposed to look like the sales rep took the time to write for just them. However, I recently discovered that this is not the case, and contacts can be enrolled in the same exact sequence unlimited times. This poses great difficulty for my sales rep as they each have thousands of contacts that they own, and they now need to spend a great deal of time using filters to figure out who has already been enrolled in a particular sequence and who has not (especially because there is no filter for “contact has been enrolled in sequence XYZ”).
Here’s my incredibly simple recommendation: give us an option on sequences that states: Contacts can not be enrolled in this sequence multiple times. Make it a yes or no selection. We have this ability with workflows, and it works wonderfully. I need to make my sales rep’s lives as easy as possible to let them spend all their time closing deals, and this very simple feature would let me take the guess work out for them and prevent mistakes that make us look bad!
