On mobile, the chatbot open automatically after a redirection

Hello,

Context: We set up a chatbot to help guide users through our website. The chatbot will send users to pages on our website according to their needs.

On mobile, when the user clicks on a link sent by the chatbot (opening in a new tab), the chatbot is automatically displayed on the whole screen when the tab is opened.

Is it possible to configure this?

Are you referring to resizing the chatbot on mobile devices?
