I wanted to refer you to @cdewey22’s reply in this thread regarding display options: Thread here. There are some helpful pointers on modifying the chat tools’ appearance on a mobile device. 
Could you also provide us with a page (or preview) link to the page with the live chat? This would be helpful for the community to better assist with advice.

I didn’t find a solution (on our mobile devices, an open chat is displayed like this on a video, what can we do? And there is no button to close the chat

Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like this may be an issue with mobile queries (CSS).
Can you please share a link to your website with this live chat?
It would be helpful to have a link in order for the Community to be better assist with providing advice.

our site https://cottonnoveltyfabrics.com/ is still closed from live, while development is in progress (you can see the chat if you log in, I can send you authorization data in private)
