I’ve tried several times to linked my certificate to my upwork but the message I keep receiving on my Gmail is that upwork couldn’t receive an email from hubspot academy please i need assistance thanks.

Do you mind mentioning the certificate you are trying to upload to your Upwork profile? For your ready reference please note, that not all HubSpot certificates can be shared on Upwork. See below the screenshots.
1) This screenshot is from HubSpot, according to this we are allowed to share only these four certificates:
2) This screenshot is from Upwork, the drop-down in the image shows the HubSpot certificates that Upwork is allowing us to share.
Anything beyond this will be problematic. Hope this helps you.
