When sending an email for sales being able to send the email marked “high importance” is really crutial. This is currently not an option and I do feel that is a loss for HubSpot. This should be implemented ASAP to avoid having to send stuff through Outlook
I agree with this. HubSpot works best when it can completely replace the functionality of Outlook. Unfortunately, if we need to go to Outlook to send a message as high priority then we lose valuable tracking information and leads to the liklihood of sales reps working exclusively out of Outlook.
