I am in need of creating the following reports, but I am unsure how to do so in HubSpot;
Time taken to reach a certain deal stage
Top 10 companies (based on revenue)
Top 10 contacts (based on revenue)
Can anyone help?

For your first report, there is a pre-made “Time spent in deal stage” report in the sales analytics: Create sales reports in the sales analytics suite
For the other two reports, you would use the HubSpot custom report builder: Create reports with the custom report builder
- Select Companies OR Contacts as primary data source
- Select Deals as additional data source
- Select a table chart
- Add a report filter for “Is closed won” = True

Drag and drop “Record ID” (from contact or company) and “Amount” (from the deal) into the table

Apply the Sum method to the deal “Amount” by clicking on the pencil ico

Click on the “Record ID” pencil to limit to top 10
- Use the “Sort by” in the top right corner
- Save report

For the first report, the pre-made report shows it by each deal stage. I want to see how long it took from the initial opening of the deal to a specific stage in the deal journey. I don’t need it by each stage. For example, from deal creation to proposal (which is technically stage 4 in the process).

@ADyer234 you can use a calculation property (duration between) for that: Create calculation and rollup properties
Once it’s set up, create a custom report, use the KPI visualization (the “1” inside a small circle) and apply a Median or Average as a method
