I need some one to recommend me default reports that I must create in my portal if there is no reports created before

Without any specific requirements, I would recommend you start in the report library which comes with 247 reports pre-built: Use a report from the report library

On top of my head, if there are no reports and there is no specific focus here (Marketing, sales, or service), I would recommend creating simple reports that can be customized further as per the client’s needs.

For Contacts & Companies:

  • New - created weekly/monthly.
  • Lead conversion by lead status, you can create based on creation date or lead status movement.
  • Lifecycle stage funnel, movement from one stage to another.

For Deals:

  • New deals created - weekly/monthly/quarterly.
  • Deal Stages Bifurcation: How many open deals are in which stage?
  • Closed won and lost with the Amount - weekly/monthly.

Activities:

  • Form fills.
  • Marketing emails activity - you can add the performance of certain campaigns.
  • Calls and meetings - weekly - bifurcated by users.
  • Tickets created - bifurcated by status.

Users (Team specific):

  • Users with assigned leads (contact ownership) and their current status (lifecycle stage/lead status) - week on week or monthly.
  • User-specific activities - Calls made, mails sent, meetings conducted.
  • Sales team data - Deals created, closed, won/lost, and disqualified - weekly/monthly.

While creating a report, you’ll get tons of premade (template) single object reports, from which you can choose the top ones from each object or activity: Create custom single object reports
