Hi, i would like to upload a lot of contacts at once on pipeline; example select 30 contacts and put them in “in contact” on pipeline, is it possible?

Pipelines contain deals, not contacts. Deals can however be associated to contacts. You would import deals and could at the same time create and associate these contacts.
If you want to update your pipeline with 30 deals associated to contacts, you would import two objects at once. You can find sample files with two objects here: Format import files

so as Karsten tell you
you work with “Deals” in pipelines, and each Deal get to be associated with a contact.
So you can either create a deal Manually from the contact record
or
you can create them in bulk from and import file.
(With PRO or Enterprise version you 'd be able to do this with a workflow)
