Hey @SabariRam ,
Do you guys have an update on this?
Thank you.

A multi-step option is a must-have feature now.
Even HubSpot used it on the blog ![]()
Enabling multiple pages / steps for contact fields
Example:
First page asks first name & last name … user clicks “next”
Next page asks company & email … user clicks “submit”
It would be great if Hubspot offered multi-step forms. We want to split up our questions over a couple screens so the user is only filling out a few at a time and hitting next instead of filling out one long form.
@EBourgault existing idea for this here so you can upvote ![]()
Hello,
Forms are a great tool to collect information however their functionality in HubSpot is way behind where it should be ![]()
We would like to see the multipage forms where we could split the required information within a few continued forms thus allowing customers to go forth and back when inputting the data instead of displaying all of it within one page.
An example would be any other forms platform and particularly Typeform.
Would love to see this added. Expecially for requesting a quote.

Is this feature still being planned? We use Unbounce too but would prefer to implement the multi-step forms through Hubspot.
This should be modelled on Keap’s multistep form feature. Keap allows you to easily build multistep forms and send reminder emails to contacts who only partially complete a form.
Elementor (WordPress theme) has a multistep form feature but it doesn’t integrate with HS unfortunately.
Interesting. So that’s assuming you ask for email first right? Curious to ab test that. Any insight into conversion rate lift?
Forms need a serious improvement - logic-based, multi-step forms are essential.
Multi-step forms , and more features on forms is an absolute necessity in Hubspot, is this still being planned?
Thanks for this idea.
We need the functionality :
. Multi pages on forms
. Branch management
Getting closer to the features of the TYPEFORM tool.
Agree. This is something HubSpot really should have. Especially considering so many of its competitors offer it.
It’d be very helpful to get some update on behalf of the product team at hubspot so we can know what to expect. Clearly this is a crucial and extremely helpful feature that has been asked for since 2017, however there are no signs that it actually is under develpment or even on the roadmap.
this is definitely a must have, this missing feature is making us consider moving our forms to another platform like Clearbit that offers smart form submissions even though all of oru data is already in Hubspot.
Also very ironic since Hubspot actually does this for ebooks (Landing page) if your marketign team need this so do your customers ![]()
Been following these threads for many years now - upsetting to see that there doesn’t seem to be any advances yet within HubSpot natively.
I recently came across examples of HubSpot using multistep forms for its own guides, and was hoping to see updates here… anyone know how HubSpot is doing this:

Hi folks,
I’m Ian, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Forms tool.
Thank you all for taking the time to submit, upvote, and comment on this Idea. I’m happy to report that this Idea is now In Planning! This means that our engineers are actively building this feature. Here’s a sneak peak.
The product development process is always filled with unexpected bumps and hurdles, so I can’t give a timeline, but I am confident in saying we’ll deliver this feature as soon as possible.
All updates will be relayed on this thread, so stay tuned!
Best,
Ian
@IMcDonald
