Hi there, Can the workflow action be implemented based on the translations of the email subscription types, if we define the language of the email here, does it sync the language with email subscription types translation?

No, the translation here is purely cosmetic. It’s not possible to filter within any HubSpot tool whether a contact subscribed to the German newsletter subscription or an English newsletter subscription. To HubSpot, they subscribed to the newsletter subscription looking at the German page. However, this is still one subscription which can be displayed in multiple languages; these are not multiple language versions.
If you want to track which language a contact prefers, you need to either ask them (Preferred language) or use the preferred language field as a hidden field in your form.
