Email AI Translations is a feature that allows you to quickly and easily create email content in multiple languages using AI, powered by DeepL.
This feature streamlines your communication workflow, saving you time and reducing the manual effort involved in translation.
With support for 31 languages through DeepL, you can ensure consistent and accurate translations.
For Best Results: Please make sure to review translations before sending as translations might be inaccurate depending on how much context the AI model can build upon.
Why does it matter?
Email is a crucial channel for marketing, but creating campaigns in multiple languages can be time-consuming, inefficient, tedious, and costly.
Email AI Translations eliminates these challenges by providing a native HubSpot solution, removing the need for external translation services or manual copy-pasting between platforms.
This enables you to communicate effectively with your global audience in their native languages, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and engagement.
How does it work?
Creating translated email versions is simple. From the email editor, just click “Create a translated version”, select the desired language, and click “Generate”.
The AI will translate the email’s body copy, subject line, preview text, and CTAs. For transparency, HubSpot automatically adds a “generated with AI” flag to translated emails.
Important Note:
Remember to set the subscription type for your translated emails, as HubSpot will not automatically copy this from the original email to ensure compliance.
Who gets it?
Email AI Translations is now available to all Marketing Hub Pro+ customers.
Without the required subscription, unfortunately, you’ll have to stick to your current process.
