Hi Everyone!
I created a mulitple checkbox property and am using it in a form. I want the recipient of the form to beable to choose a max of 3 options out of 10. I can’t find a way to put a maximum amount selected on a multiple checkbox property. (I’m open to other property types if it gets the job done. Does anyone have insight into this kind of issue?
Hi @ZDecker,
This currently isn’t possible in HubSpot. Other users have requested this from the product team before, you can find a HubSpot Ideas post here: Forms Checkboxes - limit how many can be checked
I’d recommend upvoting and commenting to increase the likelihood of the product team reviewing this.
In the meantime, you would have to look into third-party solutions (e.g. HubSpot’s App Marketplace) which integrate with HubSpot to achieve this.
Best regards!
Hi @ZDecker, this is Grant,
Problem: Limit number of options checked on a checkbox property.
Solution: Right now, no. HubSpot does not natively have an option to limit selction options.
Hubspot
There was an idea submitted. There was a conversation in the CMS Development forum.
Webflow
Formstack
Hope this helps!

Is there a multi-select drop down option? No limit, just a multi-select, not single select?
I also have this question and request to make this happen!
