Allowing the following abilities in Dashboards would dramatically improve the look and feel of them:

Ability to create dividers. Rather than just text or images, having the ability to divide sections vertically and horizontally by a line would make it easier to break up reports.

Ability to fix reports to a block. Right now, if you do not make a report full width, another will take its place. Sometimes you don’t want this to occur. This limits the functionality and customizability for the end user.

“Move to Top” option. While you can drag and drop reports, the UI often is broken for this and it means you have to drag a report as far as your screen can see, drop it, and so on until its to the place you want it to be. When you clone reports, it automatically defaults to the bottom of the page - meaning this can be a constant, tedious process. This can be the most frustrating part about building a new dashboard.
