This is a nice feature when creating views. Since cloned reports default to the bottom of the dashboard, dragging them up can be somewhat of a nuisance so having an action to move them to the top would be nice.

Yes this would be great to have! and the ability to add a report to the dashboard with the + sign in the middle of the dashboard too. Like we do customizing the views and adding a card or section. Add to top will be big help but also adding at a certain spot would help as well.
