If Hubspot opened up some more controls to the campaigns, we could have an Event Manager actually use Hubspot with efficiency.
Use Case: We have between 30-40 events a year and want to automate a lot of the needed items associated with creating new Event Campaigns. Unfortunately, to actually accomplish this requires the ability to create custom objects. (When did that feature get moved to Enterprise?!?)
So then at the very least we want the ability to add custom campaign properties to each of the Campaign’s record page (at the very least on the “details” column.) Nope - for some reason that is locked down. Why? Don’t we want these record pages to be useful/helpful?
I realize these have improved over the past 2 years but obviously I don’t understand why we can customise everything else in Hubspot except for something as important as the campaigns.
Still love Hubspot, but I hope this gets into beta sooooooooon!
